The CQC is inspecting our services

One of our regulators, the Care Quality Commission (CQC), is inspecting our services from 6 to 10 June 2016. The CQC would like your experiences of the care we provide.

The CQC monitors and inspects health and social care services across the country. If you or a loved one have received services from Derbyshire Healthcare, you have an opportunity to shape the inspection process. You can do this by telling the CQC about the quality of care we provide.

Online

The quickest and easiest way to give your feedback is to go to the ‘share your experience’ page on the CQC website.

On this page there are specific feedback forms for the Hartington Unit in Chesterfield and for London Road Community Hospital, the Radbourne Unit and ‘Trust HQ’ (the Kingsway Site) in Derby.

By phone or email

You can also call the CQC on 03000 61 61 61, or email enquiries@cqc.org.uk – make sure you quote ‘Derbyshire Healthcare’ or use the reference number RXM.
