"Listening First" event

Listening event

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust takes very seriously the public report by Sir Robert Francis QC into the failings of Mid Staffordshire Hospitals. Rather than issue an immediate response to the 290 recommendations we are taking a 'Listening First' approach. We recognise the importance of getting the views of people who are using or have used our services, the general public and our membership to help us shape our response and the steps we can take in our drive to continually improve our services.

I would like to invite you to share your views at a range of 'listening first' events throughout Derbyshire. At the events you will be able to meet members of the Board of Directors, Governors and Senior Clinical Staff and share your views about how the FT is doing in relation to some of the key themes to come out of the public enquiry.
