The show will go on for our rescheduled League of Friends' summer fayre

League of Friends summer fayre - 24 July 2016

The organisers of a renowned Derby summer fayre, which was called off last weekend (9 July) due to the poor weather conditions, have refused to let the rain dampen their spirits by announcing that the fayre will return later this month.

The Kingsway Summer Fayre, which is organised by the League of Friends charity who voluntarily support the work of Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, have rescheduled the summer fayre to take place on Sunday 24 July from 1pm – 5pm at the Kingsway Site, Derby DE22 3LZ.

Many local people are expected to turn-out to raise funds for a good cause whilst enjoying a programme of entertaining events and attractions for all the family.

Entry to the Kingsway Summer Fayre and parking, as always, are free and everyone is invited to attend.

All profits raised from the summer fayre will be reinvested back into patient care provided by Derbyshire Healthcare – the NHS Trust providing mental health services, learning disabilities services, substance misuse services and children’s services like health visitors and school nurses, which has its headquarters at Kingsway in Derby.
