Suicide Prevention - Working Together Conference 2018

The Suicide Prevention Conference 2018 is hosted by Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust and community partners. This conference aims to highlight why partnership working across communities, healthcare services, voluntary sector and with individuals is fundamental to suicide prevention.  

Multicentre Study of Self-harm in England - 22nd March 2016

The multicentre study of self-harm is a partnership of 3 centres which conduct studies on the epidemiology, causes, clinical mamagement and outcome of self-harm. It has produced clinically relevant findings and contributes to national strategies and practice guidelines.

  • Centre for Research & Development Apple Advanced Life Support Course Resuscitation Council (UK) ApprovedThe Resuscitation Council (UK) Advanced Life Support (ALS) course is a standardised national course teaching evidence-based resuscitation guidelines and skills to healthcare professionals in the United Kingdom. The ALS course has also been adopted by the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) and the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC). The course is very intensive and candidates are sent the ALS manual one month prior to the course. Candidates are required to complete a pre-course multiple choice questio
